We want your conference
to go as smoothly as possible. The following resources will help you and
your attendees get the most from your conference at Oregon Garden Resort.
Booking on-line
Your attendees can book their rooms on-line once your group has been entered
into the Resorts property management system. Once you have received your
group number and password from our conference services team, you can issue
it to your attendees. Attendees can then go to the Conference Attendees page
of this website which gives them instructions on how to make a reservation.
Adding a booking link
to your own website
If you have a website for your conference, you can add a booking link onto
that site so attendees can book a room at The Resort from your site. The
link you should use is as follows.
http://www.moonstonehotels.com/resogr.htm It is important to use this link
as that page initializes the property management system and ensures your
attendees are directed to the correct system.
Room Reservations
When an attendee makes a room reservation on-line, our system will send them
a confirmation E-Mail and it will send you a copy of that confirmation, this
will help you know who has made a reservation on-line.
Booking by phone
If your attendees would prefer to book by phone, they should call
1-503-874-2500 or 800-966-6490. It is important your attendees mention the
group name when they call to make the reservation. Mentioning the group name
will ensure that your attendees are booked into the correct group block and
ensures they receive the correct conference rate.
Spa Services
If a number of your conference attendees will be interested in services from
Moonstone Spa
either during the conference or on the day before or after your conference,
we can provide special group pricing that you could offer your attendees. To
inquire about this, please use the
Spa contact form and
mention the group name on the form.
