and Meetings
The Resort and adjoining Oregon Garden have a number of
options for meeting space.
Both indoor and
outdoor venues are available.
There are four meeting rooms in the main lodge.
The Orchid Room,
The
Lotus Room,
and The Trillium Room along with a number
of other meeting rooms and halls throughout the property.

Room Details:
The Grand Hall
The spacious Grand Hall is equipped with
a state-of-the-art sound system and a 12' by 24' stage that is a focal point
for performances and speakers. The building can hold 600 people and
provides easy access for load/unload, move-in and set up of exhibition
equipment.
The Orchid Room
A casually elegant
ballroom that is an ideal location for meetings, conventions, retreats,
reunions, receptions, and group meals. The Orchid Room can hold 175 people
and is divisible by an operable wall into two halves.
Lotus Room
The Lotus Room is an ideal location for
smaller meetings, conventions, retreats, reunions, receptions, and group
meals. This meeting room looks out over the wedding garden and can hold up
to 40 people.
Trillium Room
This meeting room overlooks The Oregon
Garden and is ideal for smaller meetings, conventions, retreats,
reunions, receptions, and group meals. It can hold up to 25 people.
OAN and OSU Rooms
The Oregon Association of Nurseries Hall
of Fame room and The Oregon State University room both provide comfortable
meeting and classroom space and are an intimate setting for small receptions
and parties. Both of these rooms are in The Grand Hall and are ideal
breakout rooms for events in the Grand Hall or on The Garden Green. Each
room can hold up to 60 people. These rooms must be renting in conjunction with the Grand Hall.
NREC
The Natural Resource Education Center is
a small conference center, capable of holding up to 150 people, complete
with lobby that is ideal for meetings, training classes, retreats, reunions
and receptions. It is divisible by an operable wall into two halves. This
meeting space has an entrance hall, which can be set up for your event
registration.
Garden Green
A half acre lawn adjacent to The Grand
Hall, the Garden
Green is primarily used for weddings, but makes a fabulous exhibition area
and is the venue for a number of exhibitions such as car shows. The Garden
Green can hold up to 2,000 people.
Wedding Garden
Designed specifically for weddings, the
Wedding Garden has a lighted gazebo and makes a wonderful reception area for
up to 200 people.
The Bosque
A large plaza in the center of The Oregon
Garden can hold up to 250 people and is ideal for evening receptions and
outdoor meals.
Forest Picnic Area
This outdoor event venue is a large
clearing in the Rediscovery Forest, perfect for company picnics or family
reunions. The forest picnic area has a number of outdoor tables and chairs. In addition to the dining area, there is a large
open area, ideal for games or outdoor meals.
