Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled spa service is to begin.
This allows proper time to check-in, change, and enjoy our quiet room before
your service begins.
Forms of Payment
All scheduled appointments must be reserved with a credit card. For resort
guests, all services and products may be billed directly to your room. For
day guests, we accept cash or major credit cards. Gift cards are available.

Cancellation Policy/Late Arrivals
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please contact the
spa no later than 24-hours prior to your appointment. If you must cancel
within the 24-hour period, or do not show for your appointment, a full
charge will be applied. However, we will make every attempt to fill the
appointment and avoid any unnecessary charges. If you are late for arrival,
we will conclude your service at the regularly scheduled time.
Each treatment room is appointed with a spacious shower for use after any
major massage or body
treatment. Please ask your receptionist or therapist for more information.
What to Wear
Prior to any major spa service, you will be provided with a spa robe,
slippers and private locker for use
while enjoying our spa. During all treatments, you will be appropriately
draped. Undergarments are optional.
Cell Phones & Pagers
In respect to all spa guests, cell phones and pagers are not permitted in
the spa treatment areas.
Jewelry & Valuables
Please leave all jewelry and watches in your guest room. Unfortunately, we
are not able to take
responsibility for valuables that are misplaced, lost or left behind.
Due to the quiet nature of our spa, children under 14 years of age are not
permitted at the spa. Any spa guests, under the age of 18, must be
accompanied by an adult.
