Hotel Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your stay more than 48 hours in advance of check-in time (3pm) on the day of your arrival, otherwise, you will be charged full payment for one night plus tax. Cancellation policies may differ for special event packages or group rates. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center at 1-800-966-6490 or by calling the resort directly at 503-874-2500.
Room Rates
All hotel room rates are quoted for two guests. Additional guests are welcome in rooms that accommodate more than two guests. Any additional guests will incur an extra charge.
Smoking
Oregon Garden Resort is a non-smoking resort, which includes the use of marijuana. Public marijuana consumption is illegal in the state of Oregon. Smoking is not allowed in or around the buildings. The Resort has one designated smoking area.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We accept travelers' checks with the appropriate identification.
Pets
Dogs and cats are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms for a nominal fee. Pets are welcome in the outdoor dining section of the restaurant. Please tell us how many pets you are bringing and select a pet-friendly room from the available room types when making your reservation online.
Concierge Service
Our front desk staff will be happy to tell you about the local attractions and events.
The Oregon Garden
Our parent company, Moonstone Hotel Properties, no longer manages The Oregon Garden, so we are unable to offer free Garden admission to Resort guests. Admission can be purchased at the Visitor Center.
Pool and Hot Tub
The hot tub is open year-round. The outdoor pool is seasonal and is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
